Modification in Cyber Security and Cyber Resilience Framework of Qualified Registrars to an Issue and Share Transfer Agents (QRTAs)

All Qualified Registrars to an Issue / Share Transfer Agents must report all cyber-attacks, threats, incidents and breaches to SEBI within 6 hours of noticing or being notified, and to CERT-In per its guidelines; those with systems identified as "Protected system" by NCIIPC must also report to NCIIPC. Quarterly reports must reach SEBI within 15 days of each quarter ended June, September, December and March, via rta@sebi.gov.in, using the Incident Reporting Form. This partially modifies Annexure A, paragraph 51, of the SEBI circular dated 08 September 2017, effective immediately.
