The Superintendent of the Securities Market (SIMV) has modified numeral 5 of Resolution R-SIMV-2018-53-MV and numerals XXI and XXII of Circular C-SIMV-2019-03-MV, establishing new provisions for payments to the SIMV and clarifying aspects of the Fee Regulation. The updated regulations stipulate that the SIMV will issue income receipts for regulation and administrative service fees, and annually provide a free special certification of income upon request to support accounting records for market participants. Detailed procedures are outlined for the issuance of these receipts and annual payment certifications for various fee types, including a specific process for the Custody Supervision Fee B for account holders.
