The New Mexico Financial Institutions Division issued this alert to inform consumers that it is actively investigating allegations against the Advantage Group and has filed a notice to revoke the company's state collection agency license. Clients are urged to report any irregular activities to the Division, consult legal counsel regarding their rights, and consider transitioning to alternative collection services. Affected consumers are also advised to contact the surety bonding company at BSIclaims@travelers.com to file claims against bond number 105150236.
