The Connecticut Department of Banking granted Mutual Security Credit Union, Inc. approval to relocate its main office from Wilton to Shelton, effective January 14, 2009. Liberty Bank filed an application to relocate its branch from Middletown to Cromwell, with public comments due within ten days of the bulletin's January 16, 2009 date. The department also reiterated that branch applications must include community service plans available for public inspection for 30 days.
