Nominees for Upcoming FINRA Board of Governors Election
FINRA announces nominees John Vaccaro and James T. Crowley for the Large Firm and Mid-Size Firm Governor seats, respectively, while leaving the Small Firm Governor seat open for petition candidates. Petitions supporting additional candidates must be submitted by July 29, 2024, and require signatures from at least 5 large firms, 7 mid-size firms, or 90 small firms. The annual meeting to elect these governors is scheduled for September 11, 2024, with elected officials serving three-year terms.
