Non-Proliferation Designations; Counter Terrorism Designations

The Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) added four individuals and three entities to the Specially Designated Nationals (SDN) List, designating them under the Non-Proliferation Weapons of Mass Destruction (NPWMD) and Iran Freedom and Stabilization (IFSR) authorities. OFAC also updated the designations for the Juarez Cartel and Los Viagrás, adding Foreign Terrorist Organization (FTO) and Specially Designated Global Terrorist (SDGT) designations and noting secondary sanctions risks under Executive Order 13224.
