NORMATIVE INSTRUCTION BCB NO. 92, OF MARCH 31, 2021

Revokes Circular Letter No. 2,401 of August 26, 1993, and Circular Letter No. 3,863 of January 29, 2018.

The Head of the Department of Organization of the Financial System (Deorf), using the authority granted to him by Article 23, item I, letter 'a', of the Internal Regulations of the Central Bank of Brazil, annexed to Ordinance No. 84,287 of February 27, 2015, and having in view the provisions of Article 7, item I, and Article 8, item II, of Decree No. 10,139 of November 28, 2019,

R E S O L V E S:

Article 1. Circular Letter No. 2,401 of August 26, 1993, and Circular Letter No. 3,863 of January 29, 2018, are revoked.

Article 2. This Normative Instruction enters into force on May 3, 2021.
