Notice of Annual Meeting of FINRA Firms and Election Proxy
FINRA announces its Annual Meeting on July 13, 2026, to elect one Large Firm Governor and one Small Firm Governor to the Board of Governors. Voting eligibility is restricted to member firms registered as of June 5, 2026, with large firms voting for the Large Firm seat and small firms voting for the Small Firm seat. The election features Scott Curtis as the sole Large Firm Governor nominee and Carlos Barrientos and Jay Gettenberg as Small Firm Governor nominees.
