Notice of Consultation Paper Release on Proposed Changes to DFSA AML and Ancillary Service Provider Regimes
The Dubai Financial Services Authority (DFSA) released Consultation Paper No. 86 to propose amendments to its anti-money laundering framework and ancillary service provider regimes. The regulator invites industry stakeholders to submit written feedback on the proposed regulatory updates by 16 December 2012. These amendments aim to modernize compliance obligations and clarify operational requirements for financial service providers operating within the Dubai International Financial Centre.
