Notice of Election and Ballots for FINRA Large Firm and Small Firm NAC Member Seats
FINRA announces contested elections for one large firm and one small firm seat on the National Adjudicatory Council, with voting concluding on February 10, 2025. Eligible large and small firm members as of January 9, 2025, may vote for candidates in their respective firm size categories, with Richard Kuhlman and Lana Calton running for the large firm seat and Trinity Lee and Matthew T. Hoffman running for the small firm seat. The elected individuals will serve four-year terms ending on December 31, 2028, subject to final appointment by the FINRA Board of Governors.
