The Autorité des marchés financiers issued this notice to share findings from a review of consistency in investment fund offering and continuous disclosure documents. The Authority identified discrepancies in 21% of sampled mutual funds, highlighting issues with investment strategy descriptions, reference index selection, and chart alignment across documents. Investment fund managers are required to ensure consistent, plain-language disclosure and align charts in Management Reports of Fund Performance with Fund Facts to aid investor comprehension.
