Office Memorandum granting authorization for the organization and operation of a crowdfunding institution to be named Red Girasol, S.A.P.I. de C.V., Crowdfunding Institution
Authorization is granted for the organization and operation of Red Girasol, S.A.P.I. de C.V. as a Crowdfunding Institution with indefinite duration and social domicile in Monterrey, Nuevo León. The entity must maintain an initial authorized share capital of $3,563,908.90 MXN and conduct activities defined in Articles 15, 16, and 19 of the Law to Regulate Financial Technology Institutions. The institution is subject to supervision by the National Banking and Securities Commission and the Bank of Mexico and must comply with applicable regulations including those regarding illicit resources and terrorism financing, as well as the terms in Office No. P138/2021 dated June 3, 2021.
