Following the examination of the application of the AGRICULTURAL PRODUCT PROCESSING AND DISTRIBUTION ENTERPRISE "TERA-VIN" S.A. (registered with the National Financial Market Commission (CNPF) under No. 8674 on 24.09.2026) regarding the registration in the Securities Issuers Register of the name change, as well as the accompanying documents, presented in full volume on 30.09.2026 (registered with CNPF under No. 8915),

on the basis of Law No. 1134/1997 on Joint Stock Companies, Art. 8 lit. m), Art. 18 para. (3), Art. 20 para. (1) and para. (6) and Art. 22 para. (3) of Law No. 192/1998 on the National Financial Market Commission, the Instruction on the stages, deadlines, method and procedures for the registration of securities (CNPF Decision No. 13/10/2018), item 16, item 19 and item 21 of the Regulation on the organization and functioning of the National Financial Market Commission (CNPF Decision No. 57/11/2022),

the National Financial Market Commission DECIDES:

1. The name change of the AGRICULTURAL PRODUCT PROCESSING AND DISTRIBUTION ENTERPRISE "ISIRLIANA-VIN" S.A. to the AGRICULTURAL PRODUCT PROCESSING AND DISTRIBUTION ENTERPRISE "TERA-VIN" S.A. (IDNO 1003605006276, MD-6715, Basarabeasca district, Iserlia village) is registered in the Securities Issuers Register, with the change of the ISIN code of the securities from MD14ISIR1008 to MD14TEVI1005.

2. This Decision may be appealed by filing a preliminary application to the CNPF (MD-2012, Chisinau, Stefan cel Mare si Sfant Blvd., No. 77) within 30 days from the date of notification.

3. This Decision enters into force on the date of adoption, is communicated to the recipient in accordance with the legislation, is published in the Official Monitor of the Republic of Moldova and on the official website of the CNPF (www.cnpf.md).
