On the Deletion from the Register of Securities Issuers of Securities Previously Issued by Certain Joint-Stock Companies
The National Commission of the Financial Market (CNPF) issued Decision No. 17/6 on 1 April 2024 to connect and jointly process the applications of PLAI-M and PLAI GURĂ DE RAI for the deletion of their securities from the Register of Securities Issuers. The ruling formally removes 20,011 ordinary registered shares from PLAI-M and 136,705 ordinary registered shares from PLAI GURĂ DE RAI following their legal transformation into limited liability companies. Effective immediately upon adoption, the decision is published in the Official Monitor and on the CNPF website while granting a 30-day window for prior administrative appeals.
