On the Registration in the Register of Securities Issuers Concerning the Joint Stock Company „CONGAZCIC”

Following the examination of the application submitted by the Joint Stock Company „CONGAZCIC” (29.01.2024) regarding the registration in the Register of Securities Issuers of the results of an additional issuance of shares, as well as the related documents, presented in full volume on 21.02.2024, under Law no. 1134/1997 on joint stock companies, art. 8 lit. m) and o), art. 20 para. (1) and art. 22 para. (3) of Law no. 192/1998 on the National Commission for Financial Market, the Instruction on the stages, deadlines, method and procedures for registration of securities (CNPF Decision no. 13/10/2018), pts. 16, 19 and 21 of the Regulation on the organization and functioning of the National Commission for Financial Market (CNPF Decision no. 57/11/2022),

The National Commission for Financial Market DECIDES:

1. The securities are registered in the Register of Securities Issuers according to the report on the results of the additional issuance of shares by the Joint Stock Company „CONGAZCIC” (IDNO 1003611150219, MD-3816, UTA Găgăuzia, s. Congazcicul de Sus) in the amount of 378,400 lei, totaling 37,840 ordinary registered shares, funded from cash funds. The company's share capital after the increase will amount to 601,000 lei, divided into 60,100 ordinary registered shares of class I, with a nominal value of 10 lei per share and identification number MD14ANOC1000.

2. This Decision may be appealed by submitting a preliminary application to the CNPF (MD-2012, Chișinău city, Ștefan cel Mare și Sfânt Blvd., no. 77) within 30 days from the date of notification.

3. This Decision enters into force on the adoption date, is communicated to the recipient in accordance with legislation, and is published in the Official Monitor of the Republic of Moldova and on the official website of the CNPF (www.cnpf.md).
