On the Registration in

the Register of Securities Issuers, pertaining to DACIA-LV Joint Stock Company

Following the examination of the application submitted by DACIA-LV Joint Stock Company (10.05.2024) regarding the registration in the Register of Securities Issuers of the results of an additional issuance of shares, as well as the related documents, pursuant to Law No. 1134/1997 on Joint Stock Companies, Art. 8, letters m) and o), Art. 20 para. (1) and Art. 22 para. (3) of Law No. 192/1998 on the National Financial Market Commission, Sections 16, 19 and 21 of the Regulation on the Organization and Functioning of the National Financial Market Commission (CNPF Decision No. 13/10/2018),

The National Financial Market Commission DECIDES:

1. The securities are registered in the Register of Securities Issuers according to the report on the results of the additional issuance of shares by DACIA-LV Joint Stock Company (IDNO 1002600013045, MD-2060, Chisinau city, Dacia blvd. 35) in the amount of 9,545,145 lei, totaling 636,343 ordinary registered shares, funded from monetary assets. The company's share capital, after the increase, will amount to 79,821,765 lei, divided into 5,321,451 ordinary registered shares of class I, with a nominal value of 15 lei per share and identification number MD14DACA1008.

2. This Decision may be appealed by submitting a prior application to the CNPF (MD-2012, Chisinau city, Stefan cel Mare si Sfant blvd. No. 77) within 30 days from the date of notification.

3. This Decision enters into force on the adoption date, is communicated to the recipient in accordance with legislation, and is published in the Official Monitor of the Republic of Moldova and on the official website of the CNPF (www.cnppf.md).
