On the Registration in the Register of Securities Issuers of JSC "CARIERA ȘAPTEBANI"
The National Financial Market Commission of Moldova issued Decision No. 53/5 to register additional ordinary shares issued by JSC "CARIERA ȘAPTEBANI" in the Register of Securities Issuers. The decision approves the issuance of 220,600 shares with a total nominal value of 7,500,400 MDL, increasing the company's social capital to 10,618,846 MDL. The regulation entered into force upon adoption and mandates publication in the Official Monitor and on the Commission's website.
