The National Commission of the Financial Market (CNPF) issued Decision No. 33/6 on 9 July 2024 to formally register the restructuring and capital increase of the Joint Stock Company ELECTRONSERVICE-NORD in the Register of Securities Issuers. The ruling mandates increasing the nominal value of registered ordinary shares from 10 to 74 lei and boosting social capital by 524,544 lei from equity, resulting in a total of 606,504 lei distributed across 8,196 class I shares. The decision takes effect upon adoption, is published in the Official Monitor and on the CNPF website, and permits a 30-day appeal period to the Commission.
