Following the examination of the application of Joint Stock Company "DOINA-PRUTULUI" (registered with the National Financial Market Commission (CNPF) under No. 5304 on June 26, 2026) regarding the registration in the Securities Issuers Register of the increase in share capital, by increasing the nominal value of a share, with the restructuring of the previous issuance of securities, as well as the documents submitted in full volume on August 6, 2026 (registered with CNPF under No. 6819),

on the basis of Law No. 1134/1997 on Joint Stock Companies, Art. 8 lit. m) and lit. o), Art. 18 para. (3), Art. 20 para. (1) and para. (6) and Art. 22 para. (3) of Law No. 192/1998 on the National Financial Market Commission, the Instruction on the stages, deadlines, method and procedures for the registration of securities (CNPF Decision No. 13/10/2018), pts. 16, 19 and 21 of the Regulation on the organization and functioning of the National Financial Market Commission (CNPF Decision No. 57/11/2022),

The National Financial Market Commission DECIDES:

1. The increase in the share capital of Joint Stock Company "DOINA-PRUTULUI" (IDNO 1003603005921, MD-3901, Cahul, A. Sciushev str. 5) by the amount of 144,552 lei is registered in the Securities Issuers Register, by increasing the nominal value of a share from 38 lei to 50 lei, with the restructuring of the previous issuance of securities, from equity capital. The share capital of the company, after the increase and restructuring, will amount to 602,300 lei, divided into 12,046 ordinary registered shares, with a nominal value of a share of 50 lei and identification number MD14PRUD1000.

2. This Decision may be appealed by submitting a preliminary request to the CNPF (MD-2012, Chisinau, Stefan cel Mare si Sfant Blvd., No. 77), within 30 days from the date of notification.

3. This Decision enters into force on the date of adoption, is communicated to the recipient in accordance with the legislation, is published in the Official Monitor of the Republic of Moldova and on the official website of the CNPF (www.cnpf.md).
