On the registration in

the Securities Issuers Register, concerning the Joint Stock Company "INTERENERGO" SA

Following the examination of the application submitted by the Joint Stock Company "INTERENERGO" (21.03.2025) regarding the registration in the Securities Issuers Register of the restructuring of previous securities issues and the increase in share capital, as well as the accompanying documents, presented in full volume on 15.04.2025,

under the authority of Law No. 1134/1997 on Joint Stock Companies, Art. 8 lit. m) and lit. o), Art. 20 para. (1) and Art. 22 para. (3) of Law No. 192/1998 on the National Financial Commission, the Instruction regarding the stages, deadlines, method, and procedures for the registration of securities (Decision of the NFC No. 13/10/2018), pts. 16, 19, and 21 of the Regulation on the organization and functioning of the National Financial Commission (Decision of the NFC No. 57/11/2022),

The National Financial Commission DECIDES:

1. The restructuring of previous securities issues, placed by the Joint Stock Company "INTERENERGO" (IDNO 1003600000464, MD-2005, Chisinau, Zamfir Arbore str. 13), is registered in the Securities Issuers Register, by increasing the nominal value of one ordinary registered share from 1 lei to 30 lei, and increasing the share capital by 580,000 lei, from equity. The share capital of the company, after restructuring and increase, will amount to 600,000 lei, divided into 20,000 ordinary registered shares, with a nominal value of 30 lei per share and identification number MD14GORE1008.

2. This Decision may be contested by submitting a preliminary application to the NFC (MD-2012, Chisinau, Stefan cel Mare si Sfant blvd., no. 77), within 30 days from the date of notification.

3. This Decision enters into force on the date of adoption, is communicated to the recipient in accordance with legislation, is published in the Official Monitor of the Republic of Moldova, and on the official website of the NFC (www.cnpp.md).
