On the Resolution "On Approval of the Regulation on the Issuance and Circulation of Bonds Intended for Legal Entities of the Central Bank of the Republic of Uzbekistan", as Well as on Declaring Amendments and Additions Thereto Void
This resolution declares void specific departmental normative legal documents, including the Resolution dated April 22, 2002 No. 10/4 and subsequent amendments and additions thereto dated May 11, 2010 No. 18/10, October 24, 2014 No. 37/8, December 28, 2015 No. 35/6, and August 26, 2017 No. 21/10. These invalidated documents previously governed the Regulation on the Issuance and Circulation of Bonds Intended for Legal Entities of the Central Bank. The resolution becomes effective from the day of its official publication.
