202 On Amendments to the Regulation on the Issuance and Circulation of Bonds of the Central Bank of the Republic of Uzbekistan for Legal Entities

(Enters into force on June 27, 2010)

In accordance with the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan "On the Central Bank of the Republic of Uzbekistan" (Vedomosti Oliy Majlisa Respubliki Uzbekistan, 1995, No. 12, Art. 247), the Board of the Central Bank of the Republic of Uzbekistan resolves:

1. Make amendments to the Regulation on the Issuance and Circulation of Bonds of the Central Bank of the Republic of Uzbekistan for Legal Entities, approved by the Decision of the Board of the Central Bank of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated April 22, 2002 No. 10/4 (reg. No. 1140 dated May 16, 2002) (Bulletin of Regulatory Acts of Ministries, State Committees and Agencies of the Republic of Uzbekistan, 2002, No. 10), according to the Appendix.

2. This decision enters into force after the expiration of ten days

APPENDIX to the Decision of the Board of the Central Bank of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated May 11, 2010 No. 18/10

Amendments to the Regulation on the Issuance and Circulation of Bonds of the Central Bank of the Republic of Uzbekistan for Legal Entities

1. Exclude the word "state" from the second paragraph of point 4, the title and points 1 and 2 of Appendix No. 1, point 3 of Appendix No. 3, point 6 of Appendix No. 4, and point 5 of Appendix No. 5.

2. Redraft point 97 as follows:
   "97. Accounting for bond operations in banks is carried out in accordance with the Instruction on Accounting for Securities Operations in Commercial Banks (reg. No. 1885 dated January 19, 2009) (Assembly of Legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan, 2009, No. 4, Art. 27)".
