BOARD OF THE CENTRAL BANK OF THE REPUBLIC OF UZBEKISTAN

ON APPROVING THE INSTRUCTION ON ACCOUNTING FOR SECURITIES TRANSACTIONS IN COMMERCIAL BANKS

This resolution has lost force in accordance with the resolution of the Board of the Central Bank of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated March 7, 2023 No. 4/7 "On recognizing certain departmental normative legal acts adopted by the Central Bank of the Republic of Uzbekistan as having lost force" (reg. No. 3428 dated 20.04.2023).

Based on Articles 7 and 51 of the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan "On the Central Bank of the Republic of Uzbekistan", the Board of the Central Bank of the Republic of Uzbekistan resolves:

1. Approve the Instruction on accounting for securities transactions in commercial banks according to the appendix*.

• Appendix is provided in Uzbek language.

2. From the date of entry into force of this resolution, consider as having lost force:

Regulation "On accounting for securities transactions in commercial banks" (reg. No. 662 dated March 5, 1999);

amendments and additions No. 1 to the Regulation "On accounting for securities transactions in commercial banks" (reg. No. 662-1 dated February 22, 2000);

resolution of the Board of the Central Bank of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated May 3, 2008 No. 11/4 "On recognizing partially the loss of force of the Regulation on accounting for securities transactions in commercial banks" (reg. No. 662-3 dated June 3, 2008 — Collection of Legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan, 2008, No. 22-23, art. 217).

3. This resolution enters into force upon the expiration of ten days from the moment of its state registration in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
