Order Imposing Fine on Ruben Anibal Macedo
The Connecticut Banking Commissioner imposes a $100,000 fine on Ruben Anibal Macedo for violating Sections 36b-4(a), 36b-4(b), and 36b-23 of the Connecticut Uniform Securities Act. The Respondent failed to request a hearing within 14 days of the Notice of Service, resulting in the allegations being deemed admitted.
