Order on Approving the Description of Sections and Schemes of XML Files of Electronic Form of Information of Securities Issuers and Persons Providing Security
The National Commission for Securities and Stock Market approves the description of sections and XML schemes for electronic information files submitted by securities issuers and persons providing security. The order mandates the use of specific XSD schemas (IrregEm.xsd, QwartEmEs.xsd, YearEmEs.xsd, QwartEmEs_Cons.xsd) and requires the use of the Commission's Dictionary and Classifier System. It repeals the previous order of May 21, 2024, No. 3/r and enters into force on the day of its official publication.
