Adoption of Updated EDGAR Filer Manual
The Securities and Exchange Commission adopted amendments to Volume II of the EDGAR Filer Manual and Rule 301 of Regulation S-T to align with EDGAR Release 23.3. These changes implement structured XML filing requirements for Form N-CR and new submission types for Form N-MFP, while also introducing support for Form F-SR and Inline XBRL exhibit EX-26 to modernize share repurchase disclosures. The updated manual, which removes non-procedural content from Appendix C and corrects errata in Form N-CEN, became effective on October 3, 2023.
