OSC investor warnings and alerts for April 28 – May 19, 2026

The Ontario Securities Commission warns Ontario investors that Aksia Elite Circle, Blue-Rock Wealth, and FXTampa are not registered to deal or advise in securities in Ontario. Investors who have been approached by these entities are advised to contact the OSC Contact Centre at 1-877-785-1555 or via email at inquiries@osc.gov.on.ca. The regulator urges individuals to check the registration of any person or business before accepting investment advice or purchasing investments.
