OSC investor warnings and alerts for June 30 – July 21, 2026
The Ontario Securities Commission warns Ontario investors that Quantoria Markets, FX Marketpro, AngelBTC, Morizon Ltd., QuantExperts Group, Bid n Ask Ltd, and Gerard McMann Trading and Investments are not registered to deal or advise in securities in Ontario. Investors who have been approached by these entities are advised to contact the OSC Contact Centre at 1-877-785-1555 or via email at inquiries@osc.gov.on.ca. The regulator urges all investors to check the registration of any person or business offering investment opportunities using the Check Before You Invest or Crypto businesses pages on the OSC website.
