The Ontario Securities Commission warns that Capital Systematics, Alibarbit, Metacash3, Cryptoier, Algo Trading API, Marillacapitalicav.com, ProDivia Group, Delta Capital Group, ACCCAT Technologies, Diam Holdings, and BG Wealth Sharing Ltd. are not registered to deal or advise in securities in Ontario. Investors who have been approached by these entities are advised to contact the OSC Contact Centre at 1-877-785-1555 or via email at inquiries@osc.gov.on.ca.
