Parent Companies of Industrial Banks and Industrial Loan Companies; Extension of Comment Period
The Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation extends the public comment period for its proposed rule regarding parent companies of industrial banks and industrial loan companies. The deadline for submitting comments on the notice of proposed rulemaking originally published on March 31, 2020, is moved from June 1, 2020, to July 1, 2020. This extension provides interested parties additional time to analyze the proposal and prepare their responses.
