Islamabad, the 20th February, 2013

S. R. O. 124 (I)/2013.—Consequent upon the organizational re-structuring of the Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan (“the Commission”) as approved by the Commission in its 2nd meeting held on February 15, 2013, the Commission, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 40B of Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan Act, 1997 (XLII of 1997), read with section 10 and 20(4)(o) thereof, and in partial supersession of Notification (S.R.O) No. 685(1)/ 2011, dated July 2011, is hereby pleased to partially modify its Notification (S.R.O) No. 1076(1)/2010, dated 29 November 2010, (“the Notification”), as under,—

“For the words “Market Supervision and Capital Issues Department” wherever appearing in the Notification shall be substituted and read as “Market Supervision and Registration Department”.
