2 files · 1 PDF page

Federal Reserve Board staff must notify other Federal Banking Agencies (FBAs) of formal enforcement actions against supervised institutions involving another FBA’s interests. FBAs proposing such actions must notify other FBAs at the earlier of written notice to the subject or the determination that action is expected, sharing information appropriate for the other FBA’s jurisdiction. FBAs considering complementary actions must coordinate preparation, penalties, and service. This policy supersedes SR letter 97-5.
