Press Release on Interest Rates (2026-38)

The Monetary Policy Committee decided to keep the policy rate, the one-week repo auction rate, at 37 percent. The Committee also maintained the Central Bank overnight lending rate at 40 percent and the overnight borrowing rate at 35.5 percent.
