Publication of a Belarus Sanctions Regulations Web General License
The Department of the Treasury’s Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) published General License No. 14 under the Belarus Sanctions Regulations. This license authorizes certain transactions involving the Belarussian Bank of Development and Reconstruction Belinvestbank Joint Stock Company and specific related entities.
