Publication of Global Terrorism and Illicit Drug Trade Sanctions Web General Licenses
The Department of the Treasury’s Office of Foreign Assets Control published General License 34 to authorize the wind down of transactions involving Kovay Gardens under the Global Terrorism and Illicit Drug Trade Sanctions Regulations. The document also republishes expired General Licenses S and T, which previously authorized limited safety and environmental transactions involving certain blocked persons or vessels under Iranian sanctions. These publications serve to formally record the text of licenses that were previously made available on OFAC's website.
