Iran-related General Licenses CC and DD are published, formalizing authorizations previously made available online by the Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC). General License CC, issued September 4, 2026, authorizes transactions necessary to wind down dealings with Golden Global Yatirim Bankasi Anonim Sirketi, Golden Global Varlik Kiralama Anonim Sirketi, Golden Global Portfoy Yonetimi Anonim Sirketi, and their 50%-owned entities, until September 19, 2026. General License DD, issued September 8, 2026, authorizes wind-down transactions related to specific civil aviation and other activities previously permitted under the Iranian Transactions and Sanctions Regulations (ITSR), until September 23, 2026. For both general licenses, any payments to blocked persons must be deposited into a blocked, interest-bearing account in the United States.
