The Department of the Treasury’s Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) publishes General Licenses 95, 96, and 97 under the Russian Harmful Foreign Activities Sanctions Regulations. General License 95 authorizes transactions involving Limited Liability Company Aviakompaniya Pobeda for civil aviation safety and wind-down purposes through July 30, 2024. General License 96 authorizes limited safety and environmental transactions involving blocked persons Red Box Energy Services PTE LTD, CFU Shipping Co Limited, and Transstroy Limited Liability Company through July 30, 2024. General License 97 authorizes the wind-down of transactions involving LLC Sibcapital, Yantai Iray Technology Co Ltd, and their 50%-or-more owned entities through June 17, 2024.
