Registering Changes to the Rules of Finrise Non-Public Contractual Investment Fund CJSC
The Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia issued Board Resolution No. 123 A on July 29, 2025, to register amendments to the governing rules of the Finrise Non-Public, Contractual Investment Fund. This action follows a formal application submitted by the fund on June 23, 2025, and a positive conclusion from the Licensing and Supervision Committee dated July 16, 2025. The resolution enters into force upon registration with the fund or delivery to its authorized representative.
