Regarding the registration in the Register of Securities Issuers, pertaining to the Joint Stock Company "BARZA ALBĂ" Following the examination of the application of the Joint Stock Company "BARZA ALBĂ" SA (registered with the National Commission for the Financial Market (NCFM) under no. 5717 on 08.07.2026) regarding the registration in the Register of Securities Issuers of securities according to the report on the results of the supplementary share issue, as well as the related documents, submitted in full on 16.07.2026 (registered with the NCFM under no. 6019), based on Law no. 1134/1997 on joint stock companies, art. 8 lit. m) and lit. o), art. 18 para. (3), art. 20 para. (1) and para. (6) and art. 22 para. (3) of Law no. 192/1998 on the National Commission for the Financial Market, the Instruction on the stages, terms, manner and procedures for the registration of securities (NCFM Decision no. 13/10/2018), points 16, 19 and 21 of the Regulation on the organization and functioning of the National Commission for the Financial Market (NCFM Decision no. 57/11/2022), The National Commission for the Financial Market DECIDES:

1. The securities are registered in the Register of Securities Issuers according to the report on the results of the supplementary share issue of the Joint Stock Company "BARZA ALBĂ" (IDNO 1003602014168, MD-3101, Bălți municipality, Victoriei street 49) in the amount of 4,945,300 lei, comprising 49,453 ordinary registered shares, from the company's own capital. The company's share capital, after the increase, will amount to 141,657,300 lei, divided into 1,416,573 ordinary class I shares, with a nominal value per share of 100 lei and identification number MD14BARZ1004.
2. This Decision may be challenged by submitting a preliminary application to the NCFM (MD-2012, Chisinau municipality, Stefan cel Mare și Sfânt Blvd, no. 77), within 30 days from the date of communication.
3. This Decision enters into force on the date of its adoption, shall be communicated to the addressee in accordance with the law, and shall be published in the Official Monitor of the Republic of Moldova and on the official website of the NCFM (www.cnpf.md).
