Regulation of the Commodity Futures Trading Regulatory Agency Number 1 of 2026 Concerning Technical Requirements for Warehouses in the Warehouse Receipt System
This regulation establishes technical requirements for warehouses used in the Warehouse Receipt System, replacing the previous 2021 regulation. Warehouse operators must obtain approval from the Supervisory Agency, which evaluates facilities based on purpose, location, type, size, construction, equipment, and control duration. The rules mandate that warehouses be free from natural disaster risks, have adequate transport access, and maintain specific structural and environmental conditions to ensure goods safety and quality. Conformity assessments are guided by Indonesian National Standards or specific technical requirements established by the regulator.
