Regulation on the Application of Guidelines on Overall Recovery Capacity in Recovery Planning
Banka Slovenije issues this regulation to formally apply the European Banking Authority's Guidelines on overall recovery capacity in recovery planning to its supervised banks. The document mandates that banks must fully incorporate these guidelines when preparing recovery plans and requires the central bank to consider them when exercising supervisory powers. The regulation entered into force on 11 December 2023, establishing the legal framework for assessing institutional recovery capacity under Slovenian and EU law.
