Regulation to Amend National Instrument 55-102: System for Electronic Disclosure by Insiders (SEDI)
The Minister of Finance of Quebec approved regulations made by the Autorité des marchés financiers to align National Instrument 55-102 with the new SEDAR+ system. The amendments replace references to SEDAR with SEDAR+ in the definition of SEDI issuer and in Forms 55-102F1 and 55-102F3. These changes come into force on June 9, 2023.
