Regulation to amend Regulation 52-112 respecting Non-GAAP and Other Financial Measures Disclosure
Section 5 of Regulation 52-112 respecting Non-GAAP and Other Financial Measures Disclosure is amended by replacing the reference to "SEDAR at www.sedar.com" with "SEDAR+ at www.sedarplus.com" in subparagraph (c) of paragraph (2). This change applies to reporting issuers subject to the Securities Act in Quebec. The regulation comes into force on 9 June 2023.
