Regulation to amend Regulation 62-104 respecting Take-Over Bids and Issuer Bids
The Minister of Finance approved regulations made by the Autorité des marchés financiers to update securities disclosure requirements in Quebec. The specific amendments to Regulation 62-104 replace references to the legacy SEDAR system with the new System for Electronic Data Analysis and Retrieval + (SEDAR+) in section 3.2 and associated forms. These changes mandate that filings for take-over bids and issuer bids be submitted electronically via SEDAR+ starting on June 9, 2023.
