Regulation to amend Regulation 81-105 respecting Mutual Fund Sales Practices
The Minister of Finance approved the Autorité des marchés financiers' Regulation to amend Regulation 81-105 respecting Mutual Fund Sales Practices on March 28, 2022. This approval finalizes the amendment process following a public consultation period and results in the repeal of Section 3.1 of the original regulation. The amended regulation officially comes into force on June 1, 2022.
