Regulation to Amend the Securities Regulation – Reducing Regulatory Burden for Investment Fund Issuers (Phase 2, Stage 1)
The regulator amends section 271 of the Securities Regulation to modify asset requirements for investment fund issuers. This change replaces “all its assets” with “all or part of its assets,” directly reducing compliance burdens. The amendment takes effect upon the official insertion of its coming-into-force date.
