Reminder to File the 2026 Annual Report of Blocked Property
The Office of Foreign Assets Control requires U.S. persons holding blocked property as of June 30, 2026, to file the Annual Report of Blocked Property using spreadsheet form TD-F 90-22.50 via the OFAC Reporting System by September 30, 2026. The regulation excludes property unblocked by license, property from terminated sanctions programs, and restricted Iranian accounts unless blocked interests are involved. Failure to submit the report by the deadline constitutes a violation of the Reporting, Procedures and Penalties Regulations.
