The Board of Directors of the Central Bank of Bolivia excludes Fixed Deposit No. 8201, held by FUNDA-PRO, from the scope of Resolution 060/98. This exclusion nullifies the previously authorized cash refund of up to US$5,000 and the partial substitution via Certificates of Deposit for the remaining balance of US$1,722,411.96. The decision is taken pending verification of the deposit's constitution and beneficiary by the Liquidator of BIDESA, without affecting other deposits previously approved without observation.
