Board Resolution No. 179/97 expands the partial subrogation defined in Board Resolution No. 170/97 to cover current and savings accounts established at BIDESA up to December 12, 1997. It mandates the Superintendence of Banks and Financial Entities (SBEF) to submit monthly detailed reports on the return of deposits established after October 31, 1997, and to investigate deposits created between October 31 and December 12, 1997, during its ongoing audit. The Presidency and General Management are tasked with executing these provisions.
