1998-02-10 | Resolución 011/98Added · Updated
The Board of Directors of the Central Bank of Bolivia authorizes the partial subrogation and return of fixed-term deposits held at the International Development Bank (BIDESA) that were established after October 31, 1997, specifically those classified as having no observations following a special review. This authorization is strictly subject to the norms, criteria, limits, and procedures established in BCB Board Resolution No. 170/97. If subsequent observations arise regarding the legitimacy of these returned deposits, the Banking and Financial Entities Superintendence (SBEF) must initiate legal actions for recovery, while the BCB files claims for extra-bankruptcy credits to subrogate the depositors' rights.
